Glass bottle washing filling capping machine
1. This machine is a triblock machine, and the three functions of bottle washing filling and capping are composed in one body of the machine.It is especially used for the filling of red wine or fruit wine. It designs reasonably,and has a compact structure. The combination of filling and capping ensures no pollution during the production. It is an ideal machine for the red wine or fruit wine company.
2. Low vacuum filler is recommended for still,non dense liquids such as still water,wine,alcoholic beverage(whiskey,vodka,brandy etc) and any kinds of flat non viscous liquids.In this case,the opening of the filling valve is given by the neck finish of the containers,lifted by the mechanical plates of the filler.
Its characteristics are：
1. High efficiency: frequency conversion speed regulation, production capacity can reach 2000-3000 bottles / hour.
2. Large range: 60-100mm bottle diameter, 220-350mm bottle height, 100-1500ml filling volume, wide use range and convenient adjustment.
3. Fully compatible: all round containers such as glass, porcelain, plastic, pottery bottles, etc. can be fully automated. This machine can be easily connected with the original various bottle feeding lines.
4. Liquid level: filling level +2 mm, better than industry standards.
5. No dripping: The seal is tight and reliable, and the broken, leaking bottle and no bottle will not be filled automatically, and no liquid will be spilled.
6. No bottle breaking: automatic adjustment of bottle height error, frequency conversion speed regulation, soft start, soft brake, no rigid impact, overload protection during the bottle feeding process, no bottle breaking injury.
7. The filling machine is equipped with a bottle feeding and bottle unscrambler, which makes bottle feeding more stable.
