Capability
Our capability covers prism manufacturing, mechanics and assembly. We have in-house capability from raw material cutting, curve generating, grinding, polishing, edging and centering, coating, cementing, mechanics to assembly. And we accept orders from prototype to mass production.
Quality
We have sophisticated testing equipment, including reading microscope, laser flat interferometer, Auto-collimating Goniometer, Collimator, centering device and spectrophotometer, Laser Plane Interferometer, Online Interferometer, ZYGO GPI-XP/D interferometer, to test and confirm the beam deviation of prisms to ensure that they meet specifications.
We carry out strict quality control according to ISO 9001 quality management system.
